What do you think about this motherboard any good.?

the motherboard is brand new from factory $ 14.00, its a foxconn socket 775 chipset intel 915 800 mhz front side bus, supports up to 2gb ddr sdram(400/333mhz), supports p4775 processors 800mhz fsb. is this board worth building a computer with? i have a brand new atx case,400watt psu. i was wondering why it is so cheap, $14.00. what do you think.?
