I have vacuumed the inside of my computer and now it wont start, what could be damaged?

I cleaned the inside of my computer with a vacuum hoover stupidly enough and now it will not turn on. The LEDs are on on the motherboard but that is it, no fans or beeps. If I had damaged the cpu with static would this cause the PC not to turn on?
