I need to start a Diet. Which is the best for me?

I would do the treadmill 4-5 days a week for an hour if you can and change your eating lifestyle. Just change how you eat and your eating patterns. Whether you like him or not, Dr. Phil's eating right book is really good. My mom has it and we read up on it together. It has great food recommendations and has alot of good advice.
