Is there someone who can translate "I measure, therefore I am" into Latin?

My significant other works as a machinist and is fond of quoting the familiar "cogito ergo sum" ... I was thinking of getting a shirt made for him with "I measure, therefore I am" in Latin but I have no idea of the grammatical structure. Any folks here familiar with Latin?
