Paul Konchesky to Liverpool?

Why the fcuk would Liverpool sign a 30 year old piece of SH1T player when Maynor Fig is sitting and waiting for the call up at Wigan. I certainly hope Konchesky is not coming to Liverpool because the money can be used on a much better deal with a much better player like Maynor, Kieren Richardson, Joe Mattock or Stefano Celozzi
