Intel(R)82845 Processor to AGP controller - A131(Code 10) [ 2nd Time Asking PLS HELP!!!!!]?

i have a problem with this device,Intel(R)82845 Processor to AGP controller, everytime after i install the driver for this device it works properly and then after few restart it goes back to the same problem,it says THIS DEVICE CANNOT START(CODE 10)i even just changed my graphic card to NvidiaFX5500 please help this my second time asking the same question any really working solution please.Thanks in advance
