Trowing up blood, seizures, and intense chest pain??? HELP!?

Yesterday I spent the night at my bst friends house, he woke up feelig sick as if he had to vomit. we had drank the night before and thought it was just a hangover... a few minutes later he said his chest felt like it was caved in, and he was almost crying in pain. He walked outside and started throwing up, it was all blood. I would guess about 3/4 cup full of blood. the throwig up lasted for about 15-20 minutes, his chest was still hurting. He told me he felt like he was going to faint so I took him to the couch, he then had 3 seizures within a 20 minute period. What are some possibilities that this could be? I'm not medical illiterate, I understand that you need to see a patient to properly diagnose, but any educated guesses are welcome and extremely appriciated!! Please help...
