Some help on indian education system please..?

Well,I went to pre school at the age of 3.That means schooling started for me at 3.Now,they're planning to exclude public exams for tenth standard,but I don't know if its true.As for your next question,Tamil people are no less intelligent than others.And I'm a Tamil,and there are all subjects in our syllabus.People living in different places have different speaking accents.
