My aim sn got suspended?

Ok well I know I didnt do anything, i think it was a virus on my computer because the other day it started to send these random webcam messages to all my buddys like 5 times. But now it says i need to make a new pw, but i dont remember my favorite song i put. What do i do? Could i email them about this so i could get my acc back?
