Is this cancer someone please help me?

im 13, im mexican and ive heard its hard for people that are dark skinned to get lip cancer and i never get sunburned and well i barely am outside anyways i have this bump on my lip and you cant really see it until i stretch out my lip and you can see it and its like white but you cant pop it or anything does anybody know what this is im kinda worried because i dont want it to be cancer and im really worried and my family hasnt had cancer none of my family members have had it just my grandpa but he had it because he smoked and i dont smoke chew or do anything like i said im only 13 and i was wondering what this bump was im really really worried that its lip cancer can anyone tell me what they think PLEASE AND THANK YOU i will apreciate it alot oh and they dont hurt
