Biology Inheritance Question Please help?

Two prospective parents learn that they each carry one allele for Tay-Sachs disease. Why does neither of them suffer from the disease? If they decide to have children, what are the chances a pregnancy will produce a baby with Tay-Sach's disease? What are the chances that one of their healthy children will carry the tay-sach's allele?
