Anybody ever had to go through the circuit court judge Cheryl Matthews for a change of domicile/location ?

Anybody ever had to go through the circuit court judge Cheryl Matthews in Oakland County, Michigan for a change of domicile/location ? I am currently trying to move 125 miles away. Me and my ex husband have joint physical and legal custody and per michigan law it states that i can't move more than 100 miles away without court permission. I have a job lined up near the place im moving. I am moving in with my fiance but am worried that the courts will not approve this move. Anyone have experience with dealing with change of domicile for a case like this?
