Americans, can you explain this for me please?

LOL! I know how you fell being an Anglo/American! From both sides of the Pond! Anyway, yes there are other parties, but the Demo's and Republicians seem to have the People believing in only one of TWO parties is capable of running the country! I really don't know where people get that idea from, but, honestly, it's all about money! Whoever has the most, THAT side will probably get in! I am quite sure there are more intelligent people in American who are MORE capable of getting the job done, but alas! They ain't got no money!!!! The Demo's and Republican's both want POWER, and they don't care at what cost and whose toes they step on!!! Years ago, the population of the colonies were getting sick and tired of being taxed to death, and they finally got the nerve to say NO MORE!! Right now, it seems, History is repeating itself, but it looks like the People aren't going to wake up until it's almost too damn late!! We have 10% of the population out of work now. Give it a few months (maybe weeks!) and that will double. We will be ripe for whatever country thinks they can come in and take over! Our glory days have fallen by the wayside, and all we have to look forward to is Depression.
